MOSCOW, February 14. /TASS/. Russia’s consolidated budget deficit rose 11.7% year-on-year to 3.1 trillion rubles ($53.9 bln) in 2016, the Treasury reported on Tuesday.
Revenues of the consolidated budget amounted to 27.7 trillion rubles ($481.9 bln) last year. Expenses totaled 30.9 trillion rubles ($537.5 bln) in 2016.
For comparison, revenues equaled 26.5 trillion rubles ($460.2 bln) and expenses were 29.3 trillion rubles ($508.9 bln) in 2015.
