MOSCOW, December 6. /TASS/. Russian gas market structure will not change until 2020, including in terms of export liberalization, Deputy Minister of Energy Kirill Molodtsov said on Tuesday.
"By 2020, we expect that the structure of the Russian gas market will not change, not only in terms of supply and demand, but from the point of view of regulation, formation of stable market trends, and possible approaches, including the export liberalization issue," he said.
