Kiev court fully sustains claim of Ukraine’s Antimonopoly committee to Gazprom

KIEV, December 5. /TASS/. The economic court of Kiev has fully sustained the claim of Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee to Russia’s gas producer Gazprom, the court’s judge Oksana Marchenko said.

The antitrust regulator requested to recover a $3.4 bln fine from Gazprom and penalties in the same amount "for monopoly abuse on the market of natural gas transit through the Ukrainian gas transmission system."
