MOSCOW, November 7. /TASS/. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has postponed the proceedings against Apple, which is suspected of coordination of prices for iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus in Russia, until December 8, the regulator’s press service reported.
"The hearing of the case against Apple Rus, Apple Holding BV, Apple Sales Ireland, Apple Operations International and Apple Inc. (divisions of Apple) has been postpone due to the need to collect additional documents and evidence. The new hearing is scheduled for December," a representative of the FAS said.
