MOSCOW, October 4. /TASS/. Russia will be able to switch to the non-oil-and-gas economy in 10-12 years, the head of the Center for Strategic Research (CSR), Alexei Kudrin said at a business forum on Tuesday.
"One of the parameters, which, I think, will be achieved in 10-12 years - is the fact that non-oil-and-gas exports from Russia will exceed oil and gas exports. I think it is necessary and only then we can talk about hopping off the oil needle," he said.
