MOSCOW, October 23. /TASS/. The construction of the second reactor of Iranian nuclear plant in Bushehr will cost $11 bln, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said in an interview aired by the Rossiya-24 TV news channel on Friday.

"The construction of the second reactor of the nuclear plant in Bushehr will cost almost $11 bln," he said.

He added that the current plan is to implement joint projects worth $35-40 bln.

"The issue is about electrification of railways. Those are projects worth a total of around €4.5 bln… Some projects are related to construction and modernization of steam power plants worth around $6 bln. Those are also projects related to development of fields. Zarubezhneft alone is considering several projects worth a total of around $6 bln. Those are also projects related to supplies of oil and gas equipment, projects related to supplies of industrial equipment, helicopters, Sukhoi SuperJet aircraft," Novak said.

Iranian side has also submitted to Russia a list of 21 projects on development of transport logistics system worth around $25 bln.
