ST.PETERSBURG, June 20. /TASS/. Russia’s state-owned oil company Rosneft may acquire 30% of ChemChina subsidiary, the company said in a statement on Saturday.
The relevant memorandum of understanding was signed between Rosneft and China National Chemical Corporation (ChemChina).
It is planned that Rosneft will pay for the stake using the funds it raises from its oil supplies to ChemChina.
