Central Bank of self-proclaimed Donetsk republic opens 89 offices

The offices provide welfare benefit and pension payment services

MOSCOW, March 3. /TASS/. The Central Republican Bank of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) in east Ukraine has opened 89 offices with 24-by-7 operation currency exchange counters in 60 of them, the DPR press centre reported on Tuesday.

The report says that "each office of the bank provides welfare benefit and pension payment services in accordance with the decrees of the DPR head."

The press center invites "citizens entitled to social security benefits to apply to the nearest bank office." The schedule of the benefits’ payment to citizens has not been changed, compared to the previous payment schedule in Ukraine."
