Vladimir Putin President of the Russian Federation Shatirov also noted that within the EEU, Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus will create a competitive and fast-moving common electric power market, which, according to estimates of experts, can cover the electric power demand of the three countries and make use of energy capacities more effective. He added that a common market of hydrocarbon resources and a common gas delivery system will be created within the EEU.
