Ten documents signed as result of Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting

MOSCOW, December 24, /ITAR-TASS/. Ten documents have been signed as a result of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting.

Signed was the decision “On the work to draft the agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union, taking into account the provisions aimed at further development of integration”, the decision “On the 2014 budget of the Eurasian Economic Commission”, the decision on “The plan of measures (“Road Map”) for Armenia’s accession to the Customs Union and to the Common Economic Space of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia.”

Also signed were the statement on the plan of functions for Armenia’s accession to the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space; the decision “On the formation in the framework of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Community of a panel to investigate cases of violation of competition rules”, the decision “On the transfer to the Eurasian Economic Commission of the powers of control over the observance of unified rules of competition in transborder markets on the territories of countries of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space,” the decision “On reviewing the list of sensitive goods, regarding which the decision on amending the entry customs tariff rate is made by the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission.”

Signed was the decision “On the results of the work to implement the December 9, 2010 agreement on the unified principles of the regulation of the activity of subjects of natural monopolies”, the decision “On the account of the fulfillment of the stage-by-stage plan of forming the Common Economic Space regarding natural monopolies”, the decision “On the list of normative legal acts of member-states of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space in the regulation of the activities of subjects of natural monopolies, the acts the differences between which are to be bridged, defining the sequence of measures to harmonize legislation in the area.
