NOVO-OGAREVO, July 26 (Itar-Tass) - Russia’s infrastructure projects are open to investors, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin told a meeting on development of the Trans-Siberian railway.

“At St. Petersburg’s economic forum, we stressed the importance of solving Russia’s infrastructure projects,” Putin said. The president voiced beginning of the promising projects, like modernisation of the Trans-Siberian railway, construction of a high-speed railway between Moscow and Kazan, and construction of the Central Highway in the Moscow region.

“All the announced projects are open to investors,” the president said. “Here, the government is ready to share risks with participants in the projects, to be a co-investor and to invest in these projects at the initial stage 450 billion roubles from the National Wellbeing Fund.”
