MOSCOW, December 14 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia has hit its record high of daily gas supplies to Europe – 550.1 million cubic metres.

“”An unprecedented hike of gas supplies to the European market has been registered since the beginning of December. Over the past 24 hours, Russia delivered 550.1 million cubic metres of natural gas to Europe, which is the record high,” CEO of the Russian gas giant Gazprom Alexei Miller told reporters on Friday.

“This fact testifies one more the promptness of such projects, as the Nord Stream and the South Stream pipelines,” Miller added.
