Putin not rule out government to adjust plans for RZD privatization

MOSCOW, December 10 (Itar-Tass) — Russian President Vladimir Putin does not rule out that the Russian government will adjust the plans to privatize Russian Railways (RZD) and to increase the prices for the train tickets in the third-class sleepers.

“This issue is very important, certainly some adjustment is needed. The government thinks and I think that some adjustment will be made,” the president said at a meeting with his electioneering agents on Monday.
