MOSCOW, December 3 /TASS/. Russia will summarize the practice of application of new weapons in Syria and will use it for modernizing its weapons, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his state of the nation address to the Russian Federal Assembly (parliament) on Thursday.
"The Russian army and fleet have convincingly demonstrated their force performance and increased capabilities. Modern Russian weapons is effective, and the invaluable practice of it application in combat conditions will be used for further modernization of our military hardware and weapons," the Russian leader said.
