MOSCOW, June 20 (Itar-Tass) - Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has assigned the Ministries of Finance, Regional Development, and Economic Development "to present proposals to the government with a view to refining the monitoring of the financial position of the regions and municipal entities, to amending the basic parameters of their budgets and the pattern of their expenditures, national and municipal debts, as well as to providing methodological assistance, including that concerning the pursuance of sectoral policy and regional finance management," the Cabinet press service announce on Thursday.
The assignments are aimed at implementing President Vladimir Putin's Budgetary Message dated June 13.
