Russia sells weapons worth over $7 bln in 2013

Director of the Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation Alexander Fomin comments on the results of the first half of 2013

MOSCOW, June 11 (Itar-Tass) - Since the beginning of 2013, Russia has sold weapons and military equipment to the sum of more than seven billion dollars, Director of the Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation Alexander Fomin told journalists.

“As of today, we sold military products worth over seven billion US dollars, which makes almost a half of the planned volume. In this sense we are going according to schedule, Fomin said.
