Serdyukov not doubt state defence order to be fulfilled completely in 2012

Total amount of the state defence order in 2012 will make 908.44 billion roubles

MOSCOW, October 24 (Itar-Tass) — Russian Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov does not doubt that the state defence order will be fulfilled completely this year. Serdyukov has made a statement to this effect upon the results of his report at a question-and-answer governmental session in the State Duma on Wednesday.

“This year the fulfilment is at a very good level, we and the military industrial committee do not doubt that the state defence order will be fulfilled completely,” he underlined.

On September 21, Serdyukov noted that about 30 contracts to the tune of a little more than 30 billion roubles are left to conclude in the state defence order for 2012. “This (the foresaid contracts – Itar-Tass) concerns new products, including those that are passing tests,” the defence minister explained. He also noted that the Russian Defence Ministry had already concluded about 15% of contracts under the state defence order for 2013 to the tune of about 70 billion roubles.

The total amount of the state defence order in 2012 will make 908.44 billion roubles. Some 732.49 billion roubles are budget allocations and 175.95 billion roubles are credits under Russian state guarantees in the state defence order.
