MOSCOW, May 29 (Itar-Tass) —— The chief of the federal drug control service FSKN, Viktor Ivanov, has called for drafting a new anti-drug code.
“Quite possible it might make sense to create an anti-drug code of the Russian Federation. In the work on the bill it will be necessary to take into account the achievements of national science and foreign achievements in the struggle against drug addiction,” Ivanov said in State Duma hearings on resistance to corruption.
“I suggest that at the forthcoming meeting of the anti-drug committee we should create a joint working group for drafting a new system of anti-drug legislation,” Ivanov said.
