GROZNY, May 9 (Itar-Tass) —— Direct air service between Chechnya’s Grozny and the Ukrainian capital Kiev will be established this May, director general of the Groznyavia airlines Khasan Turkayev told Itar-Tass.
“We have signed an agreement with Ukrainian air carriers on establishing air service between Grozny and Kiev’s airport Borispol. Flights will be made once a week. More flights may be appointed if the number of passengers goes up,” he said.
He also said his company plans to establish air service with Cyprus later in the year.
