Price of oil per barrel in 2013 can reach 103 dollars

The average price of Urals oil will amount to 106 dollars per barrel by 2030

YEKATERINBURG, April 20 (Itar-Tass) —— The price of oil per barrel in 2013 can amount up to 103 dollars, Deputy Minister of Economic Development Andrei Klepach told journalists.

“We didn’t change the forecast, the price of oil is expected to be at the level of 97 dollars per barrel,” Klepach recalled. However, according to him, the price can grow. “I think that the growth will be at the level of 100-103 dollars,” he said.

The Russian Ministry of Economic Development has already officially upgraded the forecast of the price of oil envisaged by the budget of this year from 100 to 115 dollars per barrel.

In accordance with the long-term forecast of the Ministry of Economic Development, the average price of Urals oil will amount to 106 dollars per barrel by 2030. And at first, the price will somewhat drop, and then it will gradually grow - - approximately one percent a year.
