BAKU, April 3 (Itar-Tass) —— The Libyan scenario is impermissible for Karabakh, and everything must be done for peace settlement, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said upon the Baku negotiations with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mamedyarov on Tuesday.
“The Libyan scenario is a regretful experience. All of us want peace settlement, and we are taking additional efforts towards that,” he said. “The current status quo in Karabakh does not take into account anyone’s interests. The problem must be solved for healing people’s wounds.”
