MOSCOW, March 2 (Itar-Tass) The Central Bank of Russia on Friday lifted the dollar and tumbled euro official exchange rates as of days off and Monday, March 5 the External and Public Relations Department of the Central Bank said in its regular report.
The official exchange rate of the euro lowered by 12.24 kopecks to 38.9490 rubles for one euro, the report said.
The dollar's official exchange rate climbed against the rouble by 0.71 kopeks and totaled 29.2906 roubles.
Proceeding from the CBR report, the dollar-euro basket, calculated under the official currency exchange rates for days off and Monday, March 5 plunged by five kopeks as compared with Friday, March 2, to 33.64 roubles.
