MOSCOW, January 28 (Itar-Tass) — The Investigation Committee has begun checking a large number of violations of citizens’ rights by the Lanta Tur Voyage tour operator, spokesman for the Russian Investigation Committee Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass.
The check has begun by officials of the Moscow Main Investigation Department of the Russian Investigation Committee, Markin said on Saturday.
“During the check, the Investigation Committee will give a legal assessment to activity or inactivity by Lanta owners and leadership, who were guilty of violating the rights of Russian citizens, and officials, who must observe legislation in the tourism industry,” the spokesman said.
