The Hollywood Reporter to issue Russian-language edition

The Russian edition of The Hollywood Reporter will strictly follow the style of the American one

LOS ANGELES, January 20 (Itar-Tass) — One of US leading magazines presenting movie, television, music and entertainment industry news, The HollywoodReporter, is to be published in Russia. The first issue of the Russia-language edition, with a print run of 80,000, will go on sale in March.

The edition is devoted to Russia's gathering-momentum entertainment industry - its players, trends, celebrities, and most sensational news. The Russian edition of The Hollywood Reporter will strictly follow the style of the American one, an Itar-Tass correspondent was told at the magazine's publishing house on Thursday.

Ivan Kudryavtsev, a TV journalist, the author and host of the Cinema Industry program, has been chosen to be the Chief Editor of the Russian edition. The functions of coordinator are to be performed by Kevin Cassidy, a journalist well-known in California, who is heading the international news department at The Hollywood Reporter in the United States.
