MOSCOW, September 20 (Itar-Tass) — The Federal Migration Service (FMS) said 145,000 citizens have left the country for good in the past three years.
"Of those who inform the FMS about their leaving the country, 145,000 persons in the past three years have said they were not coming back," FMS deputy director Yekaterina Yegorova told reporters on Tuesday.
She noted however, that many skilled specialists shuttle between countries, so the above figure is not absolute or accurate.
