MOSCOW, April 13. /TASS/. The Telegram messenger won’t make any concessions despite a decision by a Moscow court to block it, Pavel Chikov representing Telegram’s interests said on Friday.
"Moscow’s Tagansky Court has made a number of important decisions today in the presence of the [telecommunications watchdog] Roskomnadzor and the FSB [the Federal Security Service] and showed the quality of Russian justice and the political regime’s stance to all global Internet services. It is impossible to make any agreements or concessions in this situation," the lawyer said in his Telegram channel.
