MOSCOW, September 26. /TASS/. A criminal case has been reportedly initiated in Iran against Telegram Messenger’s founder and CEO, Pavel Durov, AP said on Tuesday citing ISNA News Agency.
The charges stem from Telegram’s popularity among Islamic State militants, and drug and human traffickers.
