St. Petersburg governor confirms 10 dead, at least 20 injured in metro explosion

ST. PETERSBURG, April 3. /TASS/. St. Petersburg Governor Georgy Poltavchenko confirmed that 10 people were dead in a metro station blast.
"Ten people died and about 20 others were injured," Poltavchenko said.
