Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is expected to visit Moscow in March
TEHRAN, February 21. /TASS/. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is expected to visit Moscow in March, Iran’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mahmoud Vaezi said on Tuesday at a meeting with Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov.
Vaezi noted that at the meeting he planned to discuss matters "that will be included in the agenda of the Iranian president’s visit due in March this year."
"This visit is very important for us from both the political and economic points of view," the Iranian minister stressed.
Shuvalov said in turn that the current talks were aimed to pave the way for Rouhani’s visit. "Our cooperation has been advancing, during this visit we plan to discuss the preparations for the meeting between the two presidents," the Russian deputy prime minister added.
