Yanukovich arrives at court to give testimony over Maidan events
Over 300 reporters received accreditation to cover the court hearing
ROSTOV-ON-DON, November 25. /TASS/. Former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich has arrived at the Rostov District Court to take part in a video conference and answer questions by Kiev’s Svyatoshinsky District Court about the Maidan events of February 2014.
At the moment Yanukovich and his defense attorney Vitaly Serdyuk are preparing for the video conference, a TASS correspondent reported.
Hearing of the Maidan events of February 2014 has begun at Kiev’s Svyatoshinsky District Court with establishing a video link with Russia’s Rostov District Court where former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich is expected to answer questions by the Ukrainian court. The Ukrainian judge has confirmed there is a robust video link.
Over 300 reporters received accreditation to cover the court hearing.
