OSCE to analyze implementation of Minsk decisions on security — LPR envoy
The participants in the Contact Group meeting also paid special attention to the shelling of Makeyevka on October 27
LUGANSK, November 9. /TASS/. The head of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) will analyze the implementation of the decisions on security made in Minsk, the envoy of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) Vladislav Deinego said after the Contact Group meeting.
"When considering the results of the work of the subgroup on security at the Contact Group meeting, coordinator of the subgroup, head of OSCE SMM in Ukraine Mr (Ertugrul) Apakan was tasked with analyzing the implementation of all key events in the sphere of security adopted in Minsk, starting from heavy weapons withdrawal from the contact line and ending with analysis of the implementation of the framework agreement (on disengaging forces and equipment)," Lugansk Inform Center quoted Deinego as saying.
The participants in the Contact Group meeting also paid special attention to the shelling of Makeyevka on October 27. "The topic proposed at the videoconference (on October 29) on setting up a working group on investigating the circumstances of this incident was developed. Today the task was conveyed directly to coordinator Mr Apakan," Deinego concluded.
