MOSCOW, October 16. /TASS/. A militia commander of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), Arsen Pavlov, known as Motorola, has been killed in Donetsk, DPR’s chief negotiator at the settlement talks in Minsk Denis Pushilin said on Sunday.
"These reports are being verified. It was a self-made explosive device. Police are searching for those behind the murder," he told the Rpssiya-24 television channel. "The explosive device was planted near the elevator in the house Pavlov lived in. Several people were wounded."
