The Syrian Foreign Ministry says authorities are also ready to render necessary aid to the wounded leaving Aleppo
BEIRUT, October 10. /TASS/. The Syrian government guarantees that armed people with their hand weapons can safely leave eastern parts of Aleppo, the SANA news agency quotes the Syrian Foreign Ministry as saying on Monday.
Under the document, apart from guarantees to militants, the Syrian authorities are also ready to render necessary aid to the wounded leaving Aleppo.
The government has made the appeal "in order to see a normal life return to eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo, and state agencies resume their activity to render necessary aid to the city residents".
The report said several safe-exit corridors were arranged for militants, while the Syrian government "is ready to discuss any initiatives aimed to solve this task".
