Bakydzhan Sagintayev has been appointed acting Kazakh prime minister
ASTANA, September 8. /TASS/. Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Karim Masimov has been dismissed and appointed chairman of the National Security Committee, a presidential decree published on the official website said on Thursday.
First Deputy Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev has been named the acting prime minister.
The former head of the National Security Committee, Vladimir Zhumakanov, has been appointed presidential advisor.
