France does not intend to suspend negotiations for creating Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP); the agreement should be well-balanced, French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault told journalists on Friday after the first day of the informal meeting of the 28 EU foreign ministers in Bratislava, Slovakia.
