If Germany, France and Russia do not hold a summit meeting on Ukraine on the G20 sidelines in China, it is necessary to hold it later, French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault told journalists on Friday after the first day of the informal meeting of the 28 EU foreign ministers in Bratislava, Slovakia.
