SEOUL, August 3. /TASS/. North Korea has launched a ballistic missile, according a report from South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), saying that the missile was launched at 8 am local time (around 2 am Moscow time) from Hwanghae-namdo Province towards the Sea of Japan.
