Egypt’s top prosecutor, A321 investigation team ready to present results

CAIRO, July 26. /TASS/. An Egyptian delegation including Prosecutor General Nabil Sadek, Civil Aviation Minister Sherif Fathti and the head of the A321 crash investigating team, Ayman al-Muqaddam, will arrive in Moscow later on Tuesday to provide the results of the investigation into the Russian A321 passenger plane crash in the Sinai, the Al-Akhram newspaper said on Tuesday.
"An Egyptian delegation will provide the latest results of a special investigation into the Russian A321 passenger jet crash in Sinai," the newspaper said.
Last week the civil aviation minister visited Russia. Both sides agreed to work out a joint intergovernmental agreement on civil aviation security cooperation.
The A321 belonging to the Russian carrier, Kogalymavia was en route from Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt to St. Petersburg in Russia when it crashed over the Sinai Peninsula early on October 31. All 224 people onboard, including 217 passengers and the seven-member crew, were killed.
