Ukrainian, German and French leaders agree to increase intensity of talks on Donbass

KIEV, June 6 /TASS/. Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande have agreed to intensify talks on implementation of the Minsk Accords for the Donbass settlement by telephone, the Ukrainian president’s press service said on Monday.
"The sides have agreed to intensify the talks," the press service said.
Poroshenko’s administration also said that the presidents had stressed the importance of security issues and the need to restore Ukraine’s control over the border.
Poroshenko asked the EU to cancel visas for Ukrainians as soon as possible and personally requested Hollande to resolve the problem of frequent denials of French entry visas to Ukrainian football fans who want to travel to Euro-2016.
