GENEVA, March 15. /TASS/. Syria’s High Negotiations Committee, or HNC, an umbrella body for opposition groups formed in Riyadh, said on Tuesday it has presented to United Nations Syrian Envoy Staffan de Mistura a document containing principles of political transition in the country.

HNC’s spokeswoman Basma Kodmani said the document may serve as a starting point for more detailed discussion. She said the HNC hopes the government delegation will also demonstrate its commitment to settlement and will present its vision of the principles for Syria’s future system.
