"If this is done, I'm sure there are all the conditions for complete unfreezing relations with Russia and lifting of the sanctions", - Italian Prime Minister said
ROME, February 22. /TASS/. Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi has said that it is necessary to fully implement the Minsk agreements for "unfreezing relations" between Russia and the European Union.
Renzi said, replying to a TASS question on Monday that "just two years ago, when our government was taking the oath, the developments that led to tensions with Russia took place in Kiev. I believe that it is necessary to fully implement the Minsk agreements. If this is done, I'm sure there are all the conditions for complete unfreezing relations with Russia and lifting of the sanctions. It is not an easy but achievable task, if the determination and will are displayed. So, Italy is moving in this direction," the Italian prime minister said.
