SOFIA, February 10 /TASS/. Bulgaria has officially nominated Irina Bokova, the director-general of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), to the post of the United Nations secretary-general, the press service of the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.
