NEW DELHI, January 14. /TASS/. Four Indian nationals have been arrested in Syria for an attempt to join the Islamic State (IS) terrorist group (outlawed in Russia), Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem who is paying a three-day visit to New Delhi told reporters on Wednesday evening.
The detainees arrived in Syria from Jordan, the Xinhua news agency reports. Their identities are not disclosed.
