Ukraine’s army is shelling Donetsk’s northern suburbs from mortars
MOSCOW, November 3. /TASS/. Members of the Contact Group on Ukrainian settlement are holding another Skype talks, the press service of Denis Pushilin, the chief negotiator of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), said on Tuesday.
"The videoconference began about five minutes ago," the Donetsk News Agency quoted Pushilin’s spokesperson as saying.
Earlier, Pushlin told the Donetsk News Agency that the agenda of Tuesday’s talks included the issue of ceasefire observance along the line of engagement. "We decided to discuss ceasefire problems at this videoconference," he said.

Ukraine’s army is shelling Donetsk’s northern suburbs from mortars, the Donetsk News Agency said on Tuesday, citing a well-informed source in law enforcement agencies of the self-procailed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).
"The Ukrainian military are shelling the area of the Volvo-Center. According to preliminary information, the area is being shelled from 82mm mortars," the agency said.
No information about casualties or damages is available so far.
Overnight to Tuesday, Ukrainian troops shelled Donetsk’s northern suburbs in the vicinity of the settlement of Spartak and the Donetsk airport. A shell fired by Ukrainian troops hit and destroyed the roof of a private living house in the Donetsk suburb of Staromikhailovka. Local authorities said the village was shelled from Grad multiple rocket launcher systems.
