Earlier on Tuesday, the Security Service of Ukraine announced establishment of a program to return to Ukraine representatives of people’s militias of the Donetsk and Luhansk republics who are willing to cooperate with Ukraine’s law enforcement bodies. A statement to this effect has been posted on the security service’s website.
