MINSK, August 4. /TASS/. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has said there will be no intervention to Ukraine from the Belarusian territory.

"When I met with [Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr] Turchynov, I told him this would never happen. No one will ever attack Ukraine from our territory, if this [the situation] does not run counter to our interests or if Ukraine does not attack Belarus," he told reporters on Tuesday.

According to Lukashenko, he doesn’t support the invasion [to Ukraine] by any troops and mercenaries. "I absolutely do not support any troops in Ukraine, either Russian or any other," Lukashenko said.

He added that the coverage of developments in Donbas by both the Ukrainian and Russian media was nothing else but the information war.
