VIENNA, July 9. /TASS/. Talks between Iran and the six world powers (comprising the UN Security Council’s five permanent members and Germany, known as the P5+1 group) have been again stalled over altered positions of the negotiating sides, the Iranian media said citing diplomats with the Iranian delegation.

Certain countries of the P5+1 group toughened their positions on sanctions and the arms embargo, which, according to an Iranian diplomat, looked like "a U-turn" and an attempt to "encroach on Iran’s rights related to its nuclear program."
