PARIS, April 2. /TASS/. The flight data recorder of Germanwings Airbus A320 that crashed in the French Alps on March 24 has been discovered, Brice Robin, the prosecutor of Marseilles, said on Thursday.
The cockpit voice recorder was recovered soon after the crash and sent to investigators in Paris.
The plane en route from Barcelona to Dusseldorf crashed in mountainous terrain in the department of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, southern France. All 150 people onboard, including 144 passengers and six crew, died in the crash.
Most victims were German and Spanish nationals.
