The Ukrainian military claim they need "a pause of some kind", says Russia’s permanent representative to the OSCE
MOSCOW, February 25. /TASS/. European security organization OSCE is concerned that Ukrainian Armed Forces in Donbas are not pulling out their heavy armaments, Russia’s permanent representative to the OSCE, Andrey Kelin, told Rossiya’24 news channel.
‘Ukrainian military are keeping silent for the time being, they are not pulling heavy armaments out and are speaking of the need for a pause of some kind," he said.
"This really causes serious concern on the part of the OSCE," Kelin said.
"This pause can last indefinitely and the fact won’t help in terms of compliance with the first paragraph of the Minsk accords," he said.
