VIENNA, February 20. /TASS/. The situation in Debaltsevo will not disrupt the Minsk agreements, a representative of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe’s (OSCE) special envoy to Contact Group on Ukrainian settlement Heidi Tagliavini told the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly on Friday.

"Let’s consider the recent clashes in Debaltsevo to be only inconsistencies in the implementation of the Minsk agreements," she said. "We think that what is happening in Deblatsevo does not signal the failure of the Minsk agreements," the representative added.

However, "clashes in Debaltsevo and other settlements are a serious violation of the [Minsk] agreements," she noted. "We are concerned that the situation may get out of control, but we must continue our work and seek to reach peace by all means," Tagliavini stressed.
